At JHAYNE, every piece is made-to-order—crafted individually and intentionally for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please take care to review all product details, sizing information, and lead times before confirming your purchase.

That said, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, arrange for a repair or replacement.
